How can we collaborate with you?
The tech industry is growing twice as fast as any other sector in NYC. Businesses are looking to hire diverse and local tech talent as they begin to fully embrace the value of diverse perspectives, life experiences, and backgrounds.
Yet, gaps and disparities exist today, starting from who pursues a tech education to how we educate; where we find talent to how we evaluate them; how we hire to who we hire; how we onboard to how we grow.
