While working as a truck driver, Sebastian taught himself to code so he could help build a website for his father’s shipping business. After completing a boot camp, he accepted a role at Foursquare and is now a software engineer at WeWork, building out a platform to help emerging talent learn essential skills.


Born and raised in Queens, NY, Susan spent over 10 years in the US Navy as a jet engine mechanic, serving across the US and Middle East. Following the Mobile Dev Corps, an accelerated training program, Susan was offered a position in the Spotify New York City Technology Fellowship. Today, she is a full-time iOS engineer at Spotify’s growing NYC office.

Incubated by TTP and embedded within the Department of Small Business Services’ Workforce1 system, which serves over 120,000 New Yorkers each year, this team of industry professionals will work directly with NYC businesses to connect local talent to open roles at NYC companies.

Josh Berg

As its Technical Recruiter, Josh leads TTP's relationships with New York City businesses and talent. He comes to us after eight years in media technology, working at companies like PBS Digital, LiveRail (acquired by Facebook), Brightcove, and JW Player, among others. Josh has advised early-stage advertising and data companies on hiring, marketing, and product strategy and co-founded Ghost Machine, a product management-focused startup.

Webster is the Engineering Hiring Manager for TTP, where he oversees the technical evaluation of candidates being referred to TTP's partners. Webster is a veteran of New York City's startup community with over 15 years of hands-on experience in tech. Prior to TTP, he co-founded two healthcare startups (Zipdrug & Mixlab) where he led as CTO. Additionally, he's worked as a Mobile Engineer for notable companies such as Handy & WebMD. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Columbia University.
